How to Get to Cabinteely Community School

For Dublin Kirtan Mela 2026, the gathering will take place at Cabinteely Community School, Johnstown Road, Dublin 18 (D18 VH73).  We want to let you know that we will not be providing transport to the venue this year, but rest assured, the venue is easily accessible via public transport, and has on-site parking.

Public Transport:

  • Bus: The school is served by several Dublin Bus routes including 63, 145, and 155, which stop within walking distance of Johnstown Road. 
    Use the Transport for Ireland Journey Planner or Google Maps on the day for live times and best routes from your location.

Cycling:

  • You can reach the venue by bike via surrounding local roads, and there will be space onsite to lock bicycles.

Driving Directions:

From Stillorgan / City Centre (via N11):
Head south on the N11. At Cabinteely Village junction, turn left onto Johnstown Road, then turn right at the next traffic lights. The school will be directly ahead. 

From Bray / South:
Head north on the M11/N11 toward Dublin. At Cabinteely Village junction, turn right onto Johnstown Road, then right again at the next lights. The school is straight ahead.

From M50:
Take Exit 16 (Cherrywood), follow signs toward N11, then at Cabinteely Village junction turn right onto Johnstown Road and right again at the next lights. 

Parking:

  • Free on-site parking is available at the school. 

We encourage everyone to use public transport as the best options for getting to the event, ensuring a smooth and eco-friendly journey!
