The funds required have been roughly estimated as follows:
Lunch and Dinner Cost: €1200
Venue Cost (+vat): €2000
Advertising (Leaflets, posters etc): €100
Hospitality (Plates, cups and spoons, water, tissues etc): €250
Flowers (for garlands): €50
Insurance: €500
Guest transport cost: €1000
Decorations: €100
Total needed = €5200

Prasadam
This cover cost for Prasadam for attendees, plates, cups etc.
Estimated Cost is €1450.
Venue
This cover cost for venue.
Estimated Cost is €2000.
Guest Transport Cost
This cover flight tickets for our special guest and for Maharajas.
Estimated cost is €1000.
Fruits, Flowers and decorations
Fruits to offer to the deities (and distribute) and flowers for Garlands.
Estimated Cost is €50.
